Do you do rush orders?

We try to produce every order as quickly as possible, but right now we can only guarantee that your item will be decorated within 3-4 weeks.

Can I cancel my order?

There is a 30 minute window after you place your order where you can cancel it through the My Orders section of your account or email us at event1teamstore@unrivaledteamwear.com.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

We unfortunately can't offer bulk pricing right now.

How will charges appear on my credit card statement? When will my card be charged?

Charges will appear from "Event 1 Team Store" and your card will not be charged until your product leaves our facility. If your order contains multiple shipments the order total will be broken up and partially charged with each shipment.
